"It took me quite a long time to develop a voice, and now that I have it, I am not going to be silent." ~ Madeleine Albright
A voice comes in many forms -- in protest; in financial influence; in a vote. However, the voices of some have always been louder, covering up the needs of others.
Something to Vote For was written in support of the Women's Suffrage movement in the early 1900s. In this play, a conservative women's club is unsettled when a new member isn't satisfied with being silent. Come explore how this 105-year-old play is especially relevant today.
